1. How do I order fax broadcast
services?
AYou can simply fill out our Request Quotation
Form and send it to us online or by fax
to 1-866-380-5335 or call us toll-free at 1-866-387-3909.
Please email us your fax broadcast document to broadfax@sbcglobal.net.
2. What are the technical requirements?
All that you require is email and internet access
to send your fax broadcast document to NBS.
You can also send faxes directly from your computer
to our fax server network by downloading
software.
3. Which file formats can I
use to send my document?
Our fax broadcast system supports most formats
including Word, Excel, Acrobat, WordPerfect,
etc.
4. Does NBS offer any volume
discounts?
Yes. NBS offers the lowest
rates of any of our competitors, because we are
affiliated with several major telecommunications carriers,
which realizes NBS substantial savings that we
pass on to our customers.

5. Are there any charges for
failures or retries?
No. NBS' fax broadcast system automatically
does 2 retries for failed attempts at no additional
charge.
6. Will NBS' name appear anywhere
on my document?
No. Your document will show only what you tell
us you want shown.
7. Does NBS offer mail merging
services?
Yes. NBS does offer mail merging to personalize
your fax broadcast.
8. Are there any additional
charges for merging?
NBS charges a 10% surcharge for merging, which
is the lowest cost among our competitors.
9. Can I schedule my broadcast
faxing for any time?
Yes. Simply indicate your desired schedule on
our on-line form or advise one
of our sales representatives. Unless otherwise
restricted by governmental regulation, which
is rare, we will comply with your requested
schedule.
10. Does NBS offer international
broadcast faxing service?
Yes. NBS can send your fax broadcast to any
fax machine in the world.
11. Does NBS charge by the
page or per minute?
NBS charges are per page (please see NBS fax
broadcast rates).
12. Will NBS manage and maintain
my lists and database?
NBS will maintain your lists and database at
no additional charge, however, our fax broadcast
customers must handle all responses to their
broadcast fax, with the exception of fax removal
requests, which NBS manages at no additional
charge with our fully automated toll-free fax
removal service.
NBS can
provide our customers with detailed reports
on their lists, which enables filtering to make
your fax broadcast optimally productive.
13. Will my list be resold
or used by other NBS customers?
Absolutely not. Your list is your property and
we treat it accordingly.
14. If I provide my own list,
can I monitor the progress of my fax broadcast?
Yes. NBS provides you with user-friendly, on-line
monitoring capability at no additional charge.
You need only download and install our
software for this purpose.
